The Simimica CRYOBAL© User's manual includes a detailed, fifteen problem tutorial that emphasizes refrigeration and cryogenic processing. The Simimica CRYOBAL Steam Plant Cycle© User's manual includes a detailed, ten problem tutorial that emphasizes power plant steam cycles and evaporator processes. Do Simimica© Process Simulators have a capacity limit? Simimica© Process Simulators, Simimica MB© and Simimica CTL©, will program an unlimited number of components, process streams, and process functions. Simimica CRYOBAL© includes a data base of 39 common refrigerants and cryogenic fluids and will program an unlimited number of process streams and process functions. Simimica CRYOBAL Steam Plant Cycle© includes a data base for water-steam and will program an unlimited number of process streams and process functions. Why a material balance for Simimica MB© and Simimica CTL©? All process simulators, no matter how expensive, must satisfy a material balance, and in many cases, a material balance is sufficient to describe the process. This is particularly true for constant (or close to constant) property process conditions. You will find that Simimica MB© and Simimica CTL© are sufficient for most simulations and that combinations of Simimica© process simulation functions will model most unit operations. The example problems and tutorials provided with Simimica© products demonstrate these process simulation principles. Because Simimica CTL© solves systems of linear differential equations, it may also be applied to the solution of dynamic electrical and mechanical systems. The Simimica CTL© tutorial includes examples of electrical and mechanical dynamic problems. Will Ae-S be offering other simulator products in the future? Simimica MB©, Simimica CTL©, Simimica CRYOBAL©, and Simimica CRYOBAL Steam Plant Cycle© are prototypical of a series of simple low cost simulators that will be offered by Ae-S. Another simulator planned is Simimica HMB©, a steady state, multicomponent heat and material balance simulator that will include distillation algorithms. Will Ae-S Develop Custom Engineering Software? Sometimes a company needs to regularly analyze engineering or process data but does not have software that is specific enough to facilitate analysis. Ae-S can contract to develop a PC-based engineering data analysis program on a WindowsTM platform that will perform data processing and analysis tasks specific to your company's needs.
